Responsibilities
- Lead development of responsive web applications using React, Redux, and Next.js
- Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs adhering to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS services

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
