Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define and execute feature roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clear, concise documentation for complex technical architectures and APIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
