The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own key technical components of our product roadmap, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into elegant, efficient code.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical knowledge sharing sessions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
