- Lead security compliance initiatives including SOC 2 and HIPAA protocols
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Automate cost optimization strategies reducing cloud spend by 20%+ quarterly
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in AWS/Azure with 3+ years in infrastructure-as-code
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Proven track record of reducing cloud infrastructure costs by 15%+
- Strong Python/Bash scripting capabilities for automation workflows
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS/Azure) or equivalent
