Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Optimize cloud costs through resource monitoring and architectural improvements
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Research and implement emerging cloud services (Serverless, AI/ML)
- Automate infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of cost optimization in cloud environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
