Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices architecture
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust network principles
- Mentor cloud engineers through peer review sessions and technical workshops
- Develop cost optimization strategies reducing cloud spend by 20%+
- Automate deployment processes using Kubernetes and serverless technologies
- Document architecture decisions and create technical runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with 3+ years in AWS/GCP/Azure
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Certification (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Expert)
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and container orchestration
- Demonstrated success in optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Strong background in implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
