Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP cloud architectures serving 10M+ users
- Lead migration projects from legacy on-premise systems
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through weekly design reviews
- Present solutions to CTO-level stakeholders quarterly
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Qualifications
- 8+ years cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- CI/CD pipeline certification (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Experience with cost optimization tools (CloudHealth, Azure Cost Management)
- Strong Python/Go scripting abilities
- Previous remote team leadership experience
- CISSP or CCSP certification
- Published cloud architecture case studies
