- Mentor junior architects through weekly code reviews and architecture sessions

Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with AWS/GCP certifications
- Expertise in microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of reducing cloud infrastructure costs by 25%+
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
- Experience mentoring technical teams of 5+ engineers
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for infrastructure automation
