Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead migration strategies for on-premises to cloud environments
- Conduct security assessments and compliance reviews (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Mentor junior engineers through architecture review sessions
- Present solution blueprints to C-level stakeholders
- Optimize cloud costs through continuous monitoring
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/Azure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare verticals
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
