Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure architectures serving 1M+ users
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices
- Optimize cloud spend while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Develop IaC solutions using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to align cloud strategy with business goals
- Document architecture decisions in Confluence with visual diagrams
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in cloud architecture with AWS/Azure/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput distributed systems
- Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with infrastructure security frameworks (CIS, NIST)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written communication for stakeholder documentation
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ enterprise cloud transformations
