- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 15-20 enterprise accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell opportunities
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal product teams
- Analyze usage data to drive adoption and reduce churn
- Mentor junior success associates and share best practices
- Collaborate with product team to implement client feedback
- Track KPIs including retention rate, NPS, and expansion revenue
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts ($100k+ ARR)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
