Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring high retention rates.
- Act as a strategic advisor to key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Conduct regular health checks and business reviews with stakeholders to proactively address needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams to drive product improvements based on user feedback.
- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights and optimize account strategies.
- Resolve complex technical or operational escalations with empathy and speed.
- Train and mentor junior members of the success team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Proven experience working successfully in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and based in or willing to commute to Phoenix, AZ.
