Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of internal and external systems.
- Manage and configure firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures for remote teams.
- Investigate security breaches and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network engineering.
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or GCIH preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and Zero Trust architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
