Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling for policy recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and lead data-driven workshops
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with government or public sector data highly desirable
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics a plus
