The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will own our data visualization strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams in both Seattle and California to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement scalable data pipelines.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
- Produce clear, concise, and actionable reports for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of our data governance policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working in a remote-first or fully remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
