Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Present findings to cross-functional teams via compelling data visualizations
- Optimize database structures to ensure data integrity and performance
- Mentor junior analysts through our peer-review program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
