- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business trends
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in regression analysis
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
