- Optimize data collection systems and improve data quality processes
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
