Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize business strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of translating insights into business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
