Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for optimization initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through automated validation processes
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key client partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal contracting background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
