As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, interpret results, and communicate findings through clear, compelling presentations.
- Conduct statistical modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning and risk management initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data governance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with a high degree of autonomy.
