Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Implement statistical models to forecast trends and support strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in remote/hybrid work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, or ML techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-critical insights
- Experience with government/public sector data highly preferred
