Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models to support reporting requirements.
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and Python scripting to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous statistical analysis.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
