Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
- Automate manual reporting workflows to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures, Optimization).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote work setting.
