Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Design and execute statistical analyses to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable analytical frameworks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and optimize marketing campaigns through data-driven decision making
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics with emphasis on business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design principles
