Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Design and implement advanced statistical analyses and machine learning models
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and custom Python/R scripts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Optimize database structures for analytical efficiency
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) data services
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
