Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize marketing campaigns
- Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast business metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and track KPIs
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar data analytics tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a remote environment
