Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement statistical models to forecast sales and optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing experience
