Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting workflows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify revenue opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to validate business hypotheses
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis libraries
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist)
