Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize KPIs
- Automate reporting workflows using ETL processes (e.g., AWS Glue, Talend)
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and track performance metrics
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to data governance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
