Responsibilities
- Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data for stakeholders.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries and manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to reduce manual work.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to define key metrics and reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with strong Excel skills.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
