Responsibilities
- Analyze complex transactional datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders with real-time KPI tracking
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization, translating statistical results into business recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and improve data quality frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data modeling and statistical analysis
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with financial or e-commerce datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, subqueries)
- Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and R for statistical modeling
- Strong Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience with enterprise-scale data
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business impact for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects with measurable outcomes
