Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize KPIs
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market trends
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation processes and documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
