What You Will Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and visualization tools to uncover insights that directly impact our clients' bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Deep Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time business intelligence to stakeholders.
- SQL Development: Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract data from various sources and automate reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and data-driven recommendations to non-technical audiences and executive leadership clearly and concisely.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose technical solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization: Expert-level knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong written/verbal communication skills.
