Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and written summaries.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data scripting and analysis is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is required.
