Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing, quality assurance processes, and data cleaning.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve ETL processes for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting is highly preferred.
