Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop statistical models to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with healthcare/finance domain expertise
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to strategic recommendations
- Certification in AWS/Azure data services or Google Analytics a plus
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with remote collaboration experience
