As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical data science and business strategy. You will be responsible for managing complex datasets, creating visual dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders. We value autonomy, analytical rigor, and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence reporting.
- Visualization: Create interactive, high-quality dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement best practices for data governance and quality.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously audit data pipelines and processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven stories to executive leadership.
