Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling projects
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through clear, impactful storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with remote work history
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
