Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources and databases efficiently.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly management reports, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and optimize data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Organization: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
