Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement best practices for data governance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Strong queries, joins, and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to executive leadership.
- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in a self-directed environment.
