Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data requirements and solve business problems.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying complex databases and managing data structures.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote WFH environment.
