Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and optimize business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market trends
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience working in remote team environments with excellent communication skills
- Certifications in AWS/Azure data analytics or Google Data Analytics preferred
