In this role, you will translate complex datasets into actionable business insights that drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business objectives and data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Develop automated reporting tools to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making speed.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficient in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a WFH environment.
