As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical data science and strategic business planning. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about uncovering trends, optimizing processes, and creating compelling visualizations for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver tailored reports.
- Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast business outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Must be located within the Memphis, TN metropolitan area or willing to work fully remote.
