Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into data analysis plans.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare, finance, or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
