Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the bridge between our data and our business strategy. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making for our clients across the New York metropolitan area and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract data from multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring data integrity for high-quality reporting.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Automate Processes: Write Python scripts or SQL queries to automate repetitive data tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
