Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports to visualize business performance metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and insights from large datasets.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience programming in Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
