Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights that support business strategy.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to predict future trends and support decision-making processes.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures, joins) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
