Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate business hypotheses
- Create executive-level reports translating complex findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in healthcare or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics projects in remote settings
